Lenzeye offers a free tier that covers the essentials, with paid plans providing higher storage and full feature access. All plans include access to the core platform — no feature is locked behind a paywall that breaks the basic workflow.

What Every Plan Includes¶
- Lenzeye File Transfer (guest upload) — receive files from anyone
- Secure storage on Wasabi S3
- Website Builder (studio website creation)
- Collaboration network access
- Download links with OTP
- Android app access (when app is built — backend API is ready)
Plan Management¶
- Plans are currently assigned and managed by the Lenzeye admin panel
- Payment via Razorpay is in active development — will enable self-service upgrades
- Plan expiry is tracked; users can be notified before their subscription ends
- Storage limit enforcement is real-time — checked against actual Wasabi S3 usage before every upload
Upgrading¶
To upgrade your plan, contact the Lenzeye team. Self-service upgrade via Razorpay payment will be available in the next release cycle.
Storage Enforcement¶
Storage limits are enforced before any upload begins:
- The system queries actual bytes stored in Wasabi S3 under your namespace
- This is compared to your plan's storage limit
- If insufficient space exists for the files being uploaded, the upload is blocked with a clear message
- No partial uploads that exceed your limit are allowed
This means your storage readings are always accurate — not based on stale database counters.
